I was utterly frustrated by the lack of staff. One night, there was only one person at the front desk, and she couldn't even lift my luggage. Housekeeping was negligent. my room wasn't cleaned, and I had to fetch my own cups.

Just a suitable option for a city holiday in Richmond Heights with great value for money. The staff was super nice and accommodating, which made a positive impression. Bring some quarters if you need to do laundry since they don’t take cards or have an ATM.

The room was clean and modern, with a large TV and awesome walk-in shower. Loved the smart TV with Netflix. a real win! Had an interesting experience getting directions, thanks to a helpful guy named Tony. It’s the little things, right?
